  These mermaid fairy wands are so easy to make, and make great party favors or room decor. We just used a dowel, some ribbon, a starfish and some hot glue! Gather your materials, you can find bags of starfish on Amazon and ribbon and wooden craft dowels at your local craft store (we got ours at Michaels).
